SMOK Nord 4 Pod System is a redesigned powerhouse with a three button design, integrated 2000mAh battery, large OLED display and a USB Type-C charging port. The Nord 4 allows for a variety of replacement coils/pods to be installed and can accommodate 4.5ml of e-liquid
The SMOK Nord 4 can be fired and locked with a single firing button on the device body and has a 5 to 80W output and 0.5 to 4.0V voltage range. This wattage can be manipulated via the two tactile adjustment buttons. Continuing with the externals SMOK has spiced up their designs with visually pleasing aesthetics featuring various resins and leather. Directly above the firing button is a rotatable airflow control. Upgraded in the device is an enlarged replacement pod system with a 4.5ml e-liquid/nic salt liquid capacity, side fill port, and a duck billed mouth piece to provide a comfortable vaping experience. Users are able to switch between two different replacement coils to best suit their preferred vaping style. This package comes with a RPM Replacement Coil 0.4 ohm Mesh Coil which fits flawlessly into the provided Nord 4 RPM Replacement Pod. The second coil/pod combination is a 0.16 ohm RPM 2 Mesh Coil which is pre-installed on the Nord 4 RPM 2 Replacement Pod. These RPM 2 Replacement Coils are secured with a three o-ring system on the polymer pod. The Nord 4 has an outstanding 2000mAh battery life that can be charged with a USB Type-C and has several user protection measures such as lithium battery protection, 8 second firing cut-off, short circuit protection, and low voltage protection. The SMOK Nord 4 is a solid pod system with battery to last all day and a elegant chassis providing an amazing vape experience

Refund Policy
Returns
Our Returns Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns on any E-Liquid purchases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: VAPE CARTEL - SHOP UL14 MEYERSDAL MALL, Cnr Michelle Avenue and Hennie Alberts, Meyersdal, 1447.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
